A whisk, a flower, and a very full oven.
Ruby Bloom Bakes started the way most good things do — a home kitchen, a stand mixer that ran too hot, and a habit of adding "just one more" handful of chocolate.
Our logo says it best: a bloom growing straight out of the whisk. Every batch starts as a mess of butter and flour and ends up as something worth giving to someone you love — including yourself, on a Tuesday.
We bake in small batches, box by hand, and never let a cookie leave the kitchen we wouldn't eat ourselves.
